Additional Info
Students will be required to write either a seminar paper on a recent or pending case or a petition for certiorari; students will also be required to take part in discussions of other students’ papers/petitions. Students may also be required to prepare a short certiorari memorandum or a short Opposition to a petition for certiorari.
Grading
The grade will be based on the principal written work and on class participation.
