Grading
The requirements for this course are: 1. Class participation; 2. Class Preparation. Completing assigned reading from designated materials. 3. Each student will prepare a brief, participate in oral argument and prepare an opinion deciding the case. and 4. No final exam. Class participation, team presentations, brief, oral argument and the opinion will determine each student’s grade.
