Additional Info
Environmental Law and Practice and Natural Resources Law are offered in alternating years. Environmental Law, Science and Policy Certificate students must take ONE of these courses; the choice is the student’s. However, both courses are recommended to Certificate students since they cover many areas of environmental law likely to be encountered in practice. Neither course is a prerequisite to the other.
Grading
A three-hour final examination.
