Course Description from Course Catalog 5874
Grading
Students will receive a grade at the conclusion of each semester, however, in the event that a student does not complete the second semester the student shall receive a W for the course, thus nullifying the grade for the prior semester. Students will receive 4 credits per semester.
The final grade will be based on the student’s work throughout year, which includes: classroom participation, case analysis, client correspondence, and case preparation and representation.
Prerequisites and Recommended Courses
Prerequisites: LAW 5112: Business Organizations.
Recommended Prior or Concurrent Courses: LAW 5246: Securities Regulation.
