Additional Info
This course will meet for the first seven weeks of the semester. Accordingly, the Law School attendance policy will be strictly enforced. Students must purchase the course materials for the first class; the materials include the syllabus.
Grading
The final exam will be given the week following our last regular class, as an in-class examination during the same time slot as the class, on March 1, 2012. Class participation is emphasized and will have up to a 10% impact on the final grade.
