The course is divided into 10 sessions, each lasting 7 minutes. The course will meet for 5 weeks, plus the extra Monday on September 30. The 2008 Jessup problem will be utilized as a hypothetical dispute.
Grading
Class participation (20%); Individual argument memorandum (40%); Final pleading performance (40%).
