Most class assignments will be from: Public Health Law, Wing et al., LexisNexis, 2007. Periodically, readings will be assigned from web pages hosted by international organizations and federal and state agencies, describing important public health law projects and statutes.
Grading
The final grade will be based on an open book, in-class final examination.
