Course Description from Course Catalog 5307
Grading
Students will write papers or legal memos based on actual cases or problems and make class presentations and/or present moot court arguments. The grade will be based 75% on the writing work and oral presentations, and 25% on classroom participation.
Prerequisites and Recommended Courses
Prerequisites: LAW 5226: International Law.
