The class will meet beginning Tuesday, September 18 through Tuesday, October 30. The exam will be the following Tuesday, November 6 at the same time the class meets.
Grading
There will be a final two hour in-class exam, which will be given one week after the last class. The exam will count for 80% of the grade and class participation 20%.

Prerequisites: LAW 5395: Health Law & Policy.
