Grading
This seminar will provide an opportunity for students to engage in an intensive writing project on some aspect of Title IX and/or gender equality in sports. The primary goal of the seminar is for students to produce a high-quality, serious piece of writing that will fulfill the law school writing requirement. A secondary goal is to provide students with experience and skills critiquing the writing of others. Readings and class discussion will be tailored to these goals.
Requirements: two drafts of a paper, one class presentation, and participation in general class discussion. Grading: paper (2/3) and class participation (1/3).
