Grading
The grade for the seminar will be based on the following:
Written work (including the final seminar paper and potentially including assignments leading up to it; e.g., paper topic proposal, detailed outline and research plan, and first draft) – 65%
Contribution to seminar (including presentation of works-in-progress, providing written and oral feedback to other students, and participation in and leadership of class discussion) – 35%
Prerequisites and Recommended Courses
Recommended Prior or Concurrent Courses: LAW 5395: Health Law & Policy.
