Course Description

This course introduces students to the substance, process, and practice of national security law. The course has three segments. The first introduces students to the structure and process of national security decision-making. The second introduces students to the instruments of national security policy, with focus on the intelligence and military tools. The final class is devoted to functional exercises in national security policy and law.
