The seminar course will involve reading and discussion about current topics in the field of family law. In addition to topics selected by the Professor, each student will select a topic which will become the subject of a written paper as well as class discussion.

To assist students in the preparation of their seminar papers, instruction will be provided about legal research skills in the family law field, as well as the techniques for writing and editing a seminar paper.
