Advanced Research in Business and Employment Laws Seminar

This seminar begins with a brief overview of select laws governing business organizations (both for profit and not-for-profit) and select employment laws. This discussion will identify common themes and substantive priorities in the two fields. 

Students will select from a list of research topics or an alternative topic with the professor’s permission.
