Master of Studies in Law Degree (MSL) - Concentrations: Business

There are five Business Law Concentrations B Commercial Law, Corporate Law, General Business Law, International Business Law, and Tax.  Each Concentration has a required course or courses.  Electives listed under each concentration are suggestions.  In addition to those suggested courses, courses may be taken in any of the other Business Law Concentrations, and relevant courses may be found in the Employment and Labor, Environmental and Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Technology, International and Comparative Law, and Regulatory Law Concentrations.

COMMERCIAL LAW

In the Commercial Law Concentration, in addition to the courses listed below, you may also take courses in any of the other Business Law Concentrations.
