Bernard Hibbitts on the Technology of Law
Professor Bernard Hibbits published “The Technology of Law” in the most recent issue of Law Library Journal, published by the American Association of Law Libraries, at 102 Law Libr. J. [2010-5]. The abstract reads:
Professor Hibbitts argues that contemporary fascination with the law of technology has led us to overlook the fundamental impact of the “technology of law,” and offers suggestions for creating “neterate” lawyers more comfortable and conversant with technology itself. He describes how the legal news service JURIST implements many of these suggestions
and provides a unique learning experience for its law student staffers.
