Who Can Participate in OCI?
Any second- or third-year student (including joint degree candidates) in good standing may participate by submitting application materials. Last year close to 300 students participated.
You will notice that the majority of OCI employers mostly interview 2Ls. Large firm employers are more interested in 2Ls because the summer associate 2Ls usually receive offers to work there after graduation, so large firm employers generally do not need to hire additional 3Ls.
