Grading
Evaluation in the course will be based on a series of policy memos and oral briefings for decision-makers culminating in a “summit” simulation involving the negotiation, drafting and final adoption of an international regulatory instrument. This course satisfies the upper-level writing requirement.

Prerequisites: LAW 5226: International Law.
