Course Description from Course Catalog 5896
Grading
The course grade will be based on class preparation and contributions; and a small group project that will include a written paper based on employment laws in a particular industry, setting, or jurisdiction. Honors, Pass, Fail; no letter grade for the course.
Students who are fulfilling their upper-level writing requirement will prepare both a draft and final version of their paper, and receive a letter grade on their paper (although not a letter grade for the course).
