Additional Info
This advanced class will be limited to 12 students. Many class sessions will be devoted to workshop sessions and accordingly class attendance is very important. Grading will be based on grades for each written work product, as well as weekly homework exercises (most weeks), class participation, and oral presentations.

Pleadings and Motions – 10%
Client Advice Letter – 10%
Persuasive Editorial – 5%
Short Story – 5%
Judicial Opinion, including bench memorandum – 25%
Out of Class Exercises/Homework – 15%
