David Harris on the Relationship Between Prosecutors and Police at Transnational Workshop on prosecutorial power

Professor David Harris participated in a transnational workshop on prosecutorial power held at Washington & Lee University School of Law on April 1 and 2, 2010.  Participants from Sweden, the U.K., Italy, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Netherlands, and other countries joined American scholars and prosecutors in examining trends in prosecutorial practices the world over.  Professor Harris spoke about the relationship between prosecutors and police in the United States. The workshop was organized by faculty members of the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law and Washington & Lee School of Law.
