Parking

Parking at the University of Pittsburgh is often a challenge. Therefore, please plan on arriving at least a half-hour early in order to leave time to find parking in the area. In order to assist you, a university map detailing where parking is available is set forth below.

For employers participating in  Career Services’ interviews and programs you may park free of charge in the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Garage on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Bigelow Boulevard. The Career Services Office will provide you with a parking voucher.  A parking voucher is also available for employers parking at the O’Hara Garage, located on O’Hara Street near the intersection of Thackeray Street (when driving on Fifth Avenue go past the William Pitt Union and make a right onto Thackeray Street).  Parking at an hourly rate is also available at Sennott Square located at the corner of Bouquet Street and Forbes Avenue (across the street from the Law School), but we are unable to provide vouchers for this garage.   If you any questions about parking please feel free to contact us at 412-648-1411.
