Implications of Health Reform for Boards

Ms. Parrott, a Partner in Ernst & Young's Advisory Services practice based in Columbus, Ohio, has more than 24 years experience in serving the health industry. Currently, as chair of Ernst & Young's committee on healthcare reform, she works with executives across all practice areas within Ernst & Young.

Ms. Parrott will review the challenging market and industry conditions that healthcare providers face today.

She will discuss:

• Where health care reform legislation stands and how it will impact providers, payors and life science companies if it is implemented
• What will happen if it is not implemented and what reforms will be implemented by the market regardless of the ultimate resolution of health care reform legislation
