Charlie Grudowski is the co-founder of the Grudowski & Thompson, a law firm providing bankruptcy, real estate, family law, estate planning, business law, and civil litigation services. Charlie launched a successful solo practice upon graduating from Pitt Law in 2003, focusing his practice on family law, probate and estate planning and civil litigation. He has also successfully handled a high volume of residential and commercial real estate transactions as a title attorney. Charlie obtained his Bachelor of Science, Major in Finance, in 2000 at Penn State University.
Salene Kraemer is a business lawyer and sole proprietor and founder the MAZURKRAEMER firm. Prior to “flying solo,” Salene was a consultant at an investment banking and turnaround consulting firm, and practiced commercial bankruptcy law for almost 10 years for firms both large and small in Philly, Wilmington, DE and Pittsburgh, PA. Salene is the author of the “In Plain English” blog, which focuses on modern trends and success stories pertaining to today’s businesses, and on bankruptcy issues for both individuals and businesses. Salene earned her B.A. and M.B.A., both magna cum laude, from West Virginia University in 1996 and 1997, and earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2000.
F.J. Lucchino is a business lawyer and the sole proprietor and founder of Lucchino Law, a solo practice that focuses on providing superior, cost-effective legal services for high tech business clients and entrepreneurs. Prior to “flying solo”, F.J. worked as an associate at Buchanan Ingersoll, and served as the general counsel of a life sciences business incubator, LaunchCyte LLC. F.J. earned his A.B. from Princeton University in 1987, and his J.D. from Pitt Law in 1996 (magna cum laude and Editor in Chief).
