University of Pittsburgh School of Law
3900 Forbes Avenue Room 111
Pittsburgh, PA 15260

Talking with employers in person is the most common way of hearing about opportunities and getting a job. Often, getting a job is about meeting people who introduce you to other people. Guest speaker Donna Gerson, Esq., author of Building Career Connections: Networking Tools for Law Students and New Lawyers, will teach students how to use networking skills comfortably and effectively. After a one-hour workshop portion, students will practice their networking skills during a reception with attorneys from a wide range of practice settings. This is a great opportunity to make some connections and develop your networking skills. Space is limited, so please RSVP below by Monday, February 28. Don’t miss out!
