Full conference or one-day registration

Full registration includes attendance at all sessions including workshops and tutorials, lunch and coffee breaks each day, the conference reception (Monday) and banquet (Wednesday), and a copy of the proceedings. One-day registration includes attendance on a single day (specified on the registration form), lunch and coffee breaks on that day, and the opening reception. A one-day registration for Monday or Friday does not include the main conference proceedings.  The fees for Friday-only attendees are reduced because they will not benefit from either the Monday reception or any of the main conference events.

Discount for full-time students

Full-time students are eligible to register at the reduced rates shown.  To qualify, please enter your university and your degree program in the Remarks box of the registration form, and bring your student identification with you to the conference.

OTHER REGISTRATION FORM ITEMS

Workshops and tutorials

Workshops and tutorials are included in the full conference registration fee.  Those attending only a workshop or tutorial should register for single-day attendance.

Because some of these events on Monday and Friday are a full day and others a half day, you will be asked to choose one or two events from the day’s sessions.  Dividing your time between overlapping events is fine.  If you will not be present that day, choose the box marked "none."

Monday reception

All registrants are invited to the opening reception, which will be held at the Law School at the end of the afternoon sessions.  The conference registration desk will be open during the reception.

Wednesday conference banquet

The conference banquet is included in the registration fee for those attending the full conference.  Extra tickets, at $95, may be purchased for guests and one-day registrants.

University housing

Please see the Accommodations page for details.  For hotel rooms you should do your own booking, as instructed there.  For dormitory-style University housing (Ruskin Hall), booking must be done through the conference registration site, no later than May 20.  The University requires us to provide a rooming list including names, addresses, roommates, genders, and arrival and departure dates.  Any roommate changes must be made at least 5 days before the arrival date.

Because the number of rooms in Ruskin Hall is limited, we encourage you to request double rooms rather than singles.  If you request a double but note in the Remarks section of the registration form that you would prefer two singles, we will make an effort satisfy that preference.

Extra conference proceedings

Extra copies of the proceedings may be ordered on the registration form. An early order will help ensure that enough copies are printed.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To register, please visit http://www.conftool.net/icail2011/.  If you have not previously created an account, select "Create account and register for conference."
