For others, it’s just Pittsburghese. No stranger to new languages, Pittsburgh is
certainly no stranger to Big Data and the Cloud. Pittsburgh is home to an unparalleled
talent pool in the areas of computer science and information technology and boasts
a diverse market of industries that are increasingly reliant upon data collection and
analysis. As such, Pittsburgh is uniquely positioned to become the global center for
cutting-edge big data and cloud computing research and innovation.
