Following a 25 year career in house in the aviation industry, Pitt Law Alum Renee Martin-Nagle (J.D. '84) completed her LL.M. in International Environmental Law at George Washington University School of Law with highest honors. Her thesis, which proposes that water in fossil aquifers be viewed as the common heritage of mankind, received the 2010 Jamie Grodsky Prize for Environmental Scholarship and was published by the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.
