On January 17th, Judge D Brooks Smith of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals with present "The Late, Great Federal Judiciary." Judge Smith will argue that factors, such as partisan and ideologically based judicial selection, congressional efforts to cut back in judicial sentencing discretion and general increasing political attacks by candidates on the nature of Article III is causing damage to the constitutional order.

The event is hosted by the Federalist Society, in room 109 at noon on January 17th. Lunch will be provided to all attendees.
