Pittsburgh area Agents Caldwell and Czerski immerse themselves daily in catching White Collar Criminals. You are invited to join us as they share from first-hand experience what it is like to do what they do.
Personal commentary surrounding the recently concluded LeNatures trial and others will be shared in this informative presentation.
The program will also include:
- A discussion of jurisdiction and pertinent criminal statutes
- The Fraud Triangle
- The Crime Triangle
- A discussion of the Criminal Profile Continuum
Application of the above concepts in actual cases (to include LeNatures and others) with an emphasis on ethical decisions

Free for students and those wishing not to receive CLE credit
