Scott R. Jablonski (JD ’04) is a business attorney based in Miami, Fla., currently of counsel with Bernstein Osberg-Braun Caco & Solow. He counsels businesses and individuals on a wide variety of domestic and international corporate transactions, contractual and employment matters, entity formation, intellectual property matters, and deal structuring and negotiations.
Prior to joining Bernstein Osberg-Braun Caco & Solow, Jablonski was a solo practitioner focusing his practice on international venture capital projects in merging markets. He previously practiced with Hogan Lovells (formerly Hogan & Hartson) in its corporate and finance and Latin America practice groups, and before that with Duane Morris LLP in its commercial litigation and real estate practice groups. While with those firms, he worked on a variety of corporate, commercial litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, immigration, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory matters for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to startups to high-net-worth individuals. Jablonski is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
