Kickstart Supplemental Bar Exam Preparation Program: Final Session

The Bar Exam Preparation Kickstart Program continues Wednesday evening (also online) and Saturday morning.

The final segment of Kickstart, the supplemental bar exam preparation program, will use Offer & Acceptance (within Contract Law) as the subject for practice MBE and essay questions. Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., either in Room G-20 or online, view the Offer & Acceptance video (1.5 hours) and then take the five practice questions on pages 260-262 of the MBE Skills Workshop Book. (The relevant outline pages are 245-256.)

Bring that book and the essay writing supplement to Room 107, at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday for a discussion of MBE and essay questions on Offer & Acceptance. The Saturday session will last 90 minutes maximum, and donuts and coffee will be available.
