Rule of Law Around the World Part II
A group of this year’s LL.M. students will discuss past struggles and future challenges related to the rule of law in their home countries. Students include: Robert Miano Maina (Kenya: Threshold of Integrity in Leadership & the Kenyan Elections), Quiwei Chen (China: Domestic Migration Issues in China), Olga Synoverska (Ukraine: The Development of Law Following the Collapse of the Soviet Union), and Christina Alam (Ukraine: Antimonopoly Policies in Ukraine: Defending Competition).
