The Economics of Insider Trading

The Federalist Society will be hosting a panel discussion on the economics of insider trading from 5-7 PM in room 107. This event will feature Henry Manne, Dean Emeritus of George Mason Law School and one of the founders of the law and economics discipline. Also on the panel will be Dr. Kenneth Lehn, Katz business school professor and former chief economist at the SEC, and our own Professor Branson, author of several books and articles in the area of corporate governance. This is sure to be a great event, with three very accomplished scholars on the panel.
