Mindful Lawyering/Deep Relaxation Session with Professor Brostoff
All students, faculty and staff are invited to relax and develop mindfulness skills to help alleviate the stress of law school and life. There will be three sessions this fall on Thursdays, September 26, October 24, and November 21. All sessions will be in the Alcoa Room at 3:30 and will last for about 45 minutes.
