The Western Pennsylvania Law Library Association is pleased to announce a presentation by guest speaker Vince DeLiberato on Thursday, November 7th! Vince will be downtown at Eckert Seamans, but the event will be broadcast at Pitt by WebEx.

Mr. DeLiberato is the Acting Director of the Pennsylvania Legislative Reference Bureau (http://www.palrb.net/).  He supervises the preparation of legislative, historical, and ceremonial materials for the General Assembly and the publication of administrative regulations for Commonwealth agencies. He teaches at the Widener University School of Law and has authored many publications on statutory construction and constitutional issues affecting Legislative procedure.

Mr. DeLiberato will discuss drafting legislation, in particular his involvement with the Uniform Electronic Legal Materials Act.

This event is open to all students - but may be of particularly help to 1Ls taking LegReg!  Join WPLLA in Room 107 at 12:30pm on Thursday, November 7th!
