Your grade will be based on a three (3) hour final open-book examination covering the concepts we have discussed in class. This usually includes public and private nuisance, trespass to land, historic and landmark preservation, endangered species, contaminated real estate, wetland protection, and the role of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
