Lawrence Frolik Speaks at the Association of American Law Schools Annual Meeting

Professor Lawrence Frolik will make two presentations at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the American Association of Law Schools (AALS) being held in New Orleans on January 4-7, 2013.  At the joint program of the Sections of Aging and the Law and Trusts and Estates, Professor Frolik will appear on a panel entitled, “Trusts and Estates and an Aging Population: What Do We Need to Know and Teach.”  He will speak on “Trust Protectors: Who Are They, What Do They Do and Why Do We Need Them?”  Professor Frolik will also speak at the program sponsored by the Section on Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation on a panel entitled “Retirement Planning After the Election.”  He will speak on “Retirement Income Security.”
