Welcome to Civil Procedure! I look forward to meeting you on Monday, January 7,

2013, at 3:00 p.m. in Room 107. In the meantime, here is a list of the required books

for the course and the assignment for the first class.

The URL, from which you may access the course web page with your Westlaw

password, is http://lawschool.westlaw.com. The TWEN page provides access to (or will

provide access to) the course description; the syllabus; e-mail links; copies of exams

administered in prior years; supplementary readings; links to the CALI exercises; and

the PowerPoint slides used in class. Please print out a copy of the syllabus, which will

be posted before the first class, and bring it with you to class daily.
