Tues., Jan. 8, 2013: Marbury v. Madison and notes, CB 29-51 (please read this case and the notes that follow VERY carefully -- at least twice)
Wed., Jan. 9, 2013: Martin v. Hunter’s Lessee and notes, CB 52-61
Thurs., Jan. 10, 2013: McCulloch v. Maryland and notes, CB 61-78
