Constitutional Law - Section C - Lobel

Hello Constitutional law students.  I am looking forward to meeting you next Wednesday. The assignment for the first class on Wednesday is pages 8-21, and 29-42 in the casebook, which is  Stone, Seidman,Sunstein, Tushnet and Karlan, Constitutional Law, Sixth Edition. There is also a supplement with the casebook, both of which are available at the bookstore.  The main case which we will discuss on Wednesday is Marbury v. Madison, on page 29 of the casebook.
