David Garrow Speaks at the American Historical Association in New Orleans

Professor David J. Garrow chaired and spoke at a session of the American Historical Association meeting in New Orleans this past week. Professor Garrow’s session concerned intelligence and security agency use of human informants across time; it was entitled "The United States and Its Informants: The Cold War and the War on Terror."
