David Harris at the University of Houston Law Center on "Failed Evidence"
Professor David Harris will present a public talk at the University of Houston Law Center on his new book, "Failed Evidence: Why Law Enforcement Resists Science" (2012) today at noon. The talk is sponsored by the Law Center and its Criminal Law Institute. The talk follows a private dinner and talk on Monday night for leaders of the new Houston Forensic Science LGC, the new government body that has been formed to make the Houston crime lab an independent body.
