- For our second class (Tue, Jan 8), please read Avery, pp. 42-57 (St. Francis College v. Al-Khazraji and Clackamas v. Wells) and Supplement, pp. 36 and 71 – 84. Of the notes in Avery, focus only on notes 1 & 4 on pp. 44-46 and notes 3 & 6 on pp. 53-54.
