John Burkoff on Possible Grand Jury Investigation of Police Chief

Professor John Burkoff discussed the ongoing federal grand jury investigation of bid rigging involving contracts for police equipment.  Reportedly, the investigation is probing whether Pittsburgh's police chief had any involvement in the scheme.  One person has already pled guilty, and was called as a witness yesterday.  According to Professor Burkoff, the testimony would likely be a standard part of the plea bargain agreement in the case.
