Mary Crossley on Law School Admissions Council Lawsuit Against California

Professor Mary Crossley was interviewed live on KQV AM in Pittsburgh regarding a lawsuit that the Law School Admissions Council (LSAC) has filed against the State of California.  The suit challenges a state law that bans the "flagging" of scores earned by LSAT takers with disabilities who receive extra-time accommodations.  Professor Crossley explained that this lawsuit is the most recent chapter in a larger conflict between the LSAC and opponents of its flagging policy; those critics include the US Department of Justice and the American Bar Association.
