February 16, 2011 Pitt Law professor and Faculty Director of the Innovation Practice Institute, Michael Madison, comments on Gillece Plumbing & Heating Inc.'s practice of registering domain names of all or parts of its competitors' names. "Registration of almost 100 domains with competitor names was 'pretty damning.' Motive separates a legitimate registering of a domain name from cybersquatting," he said.
