John Burkoff on Defense Request for Special Prosecutor to Investigate Leaks in Orie Case

Professor John Burkoff commented on a request by the defense attorney for State Senator Jane Orie for the  appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate leaks of grand jury information.  According to Professor Burkoff, not every allegation of a leak is enough to require the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate.
