Pitt Law Professor Ben Bratman Comments on Employment Discrimination Suit

Benjamin Bratman weighs in on a Whitehall woman's claim that she lost her job because she rejected the company's religious training.   Bratman says the case initially will hinge on whether the woman can explain why she apparently attended the training sessions for about five years before objecting to them.
