Deborah Brake Gives the Littler Mendelsohn Labor-Employment Lecture at Cleveland-Marshall Law
On Monday, March 25, 2012, Professor Deborah Brake was the Littler Mendelsohn Labor-Employment Lecturer at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Her talk was titled: “Working Hard, Hardly Working: How Misinterpretations of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act Have Undermined Its Effectiveness.”
